This unique and fun science themed event has been a community favorite since 2002. Held annually in early spring, the Champagne Putt features an 18 hole mini-golf tournament, fun contests, food & drink, as well as networking and team building.

2025 Champagne Putt Recap
Thank you to everyone who helped make the 24th Annual Champagne Putt presented by Bellwether Credit Union a success! The event was held April 2 and 3th 2025 at the SEE Science Center.
Night one featured a sudden death playoff on Hole Number one between the Big Putts and the K-Rad Killers. Julie Kfoury took make the winning putt for the K-rad Killers and took home the title with her teammates Matt Karen and Rich. In the Longest put we had a three round drought before any of the qualifiers made a putt. Natalie Jutras made the clutch putt to take home the title. The Bank of New England Slumber Party of 4 team took home the Banking Division Champions. The Blue Man Group from Bar Harbor took home the Best Dressed title.
On Night two we saw a new course record of 28 to crown our overall champions the South Enders Charlie Rosenthal, Rod Carrier, Jeff Moran, and Dan Quinn. The Longest putt-off was the opposite of Wednesdays with Damian Hile sinking the first put of the first round. He held on against Bruce Lee to take home the title after three more head-to-head rounds. Damien also dressed for success as he also took home the best dressed title with his teammates, the Ducks that Putt.
In 2025 we had someone meet our Hole in One challenge. Congratulations to Shaylah Begley!
