Science on Tap: The Science and Technology of Brewing

Join us to kick off the Science on Tap season with a visit from our old friends, the Brewmasters. Learn about how science and technology play a role in crafting a satisfying beverage.  Ask questions like, “what’s the difference between a pilsner and a lager?", or “what’s a session IPA?" Some may rely on new technology, some may look to more traditional means. Stock the fridge with a few of your favorites and join the virtual discussion via Zoom.   The Zoom link will be sent in email receipt upon registration.
