
On June 13, Science on Tap and Science Cafe NH are teaming up to present a Science Discussion Roadshow in Merrimack.
Like Science on Tap events in Manchester and Science Cafe NH events in Nashua, this event will be a free informal discussion bringing together experts with our audience to explore a particular topic. And that topic is . . . . The Science of Ice Cream!
We all love ice cream. Join us to discuss the different processes and techniques to churn out product from small batches to large production. Discover new technologies and ingredients being employed to deliver just the right consistency for our summer treats.

Important notes:
- We are meeting in the middle at the VFW Post 8641 in Merrimack NH located at 292 D.W. Highway. Doors will open at 5pm but the discussion will begin at 6:30pm allowing for a little more time for travel and logistics.
- Food, adult beverages, soft drinks and ice cream will be available for cash purchase.
- Please register for this free event by June 8th to help our hosts prepare.
