Notes:

• Memberships and digital gift certificates may be used right away with the email receipts.
• Physical membership cards will be mailed to recipients, or the gift giver as specified within 4 to 6 days of purchase.
• No physical gift cards will be mailed for online digital gift certificates purchases.
