Walk-in visitors are welcome but there are benefits to having a reservation.
- Online reservations, or tickets save time at the admissions desk and ensure that your spot is held for you on a busy day
- Walk-in visitors, including SEE members may have to wait to enter if we have reached capacity
- SEE allows a set amount of visitors to enter each hour. When making a reservation you will choose a one hour-long arrival window
- After you are admitted you may stay until closing time
- The last admission is one hour before closing
- If you are unable to make your reserved arrival window, please call so we can open up capacity for other guests
- We are happy to reschedule your reserved visit for any reason including illness, please reschedule if anyone has symptoms
