BioTrekker Camp
July 28 – August 1, 2025
Have you ever thought about helping someone with a medical challenge?
Campers will explore DNA, cells, organs, and the field of biofabrication through guided exploration and hands-on activities at the SEE Science Center. Over the course of the week, campers will work in teams to conceptualize their own tissue-engineered medical product (TEMP), interact with guest speakers, view cells under a microscope, play team building games, and more!
BioTrekker campers will work in teams to identify a medical problem, brainstorm solutions and develop a plan for a tissue engineered medical product (TEMP) to solve it. Campers will develop their entrepreneurship skills and create a business model and share your ideas with their peers.
This camp is led by educators from the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) | BioFabUSA, a member-based, nonprofit organization whose mission is to advance the bioeconomy of the United States.
