From the South: Take Route 3 North or Interstate 93 North to 293 North to Exit 5 (Granite Street Bridge Exit). Turn right at the end of the ramp. Follow directions below.

From the North: Take Interstate 93 South to 293 South to Exit 5 (Granite Street Bridge Exit). Take a left at the end of the exit ramp. Follow directions below.
From the East: Take Route 101 West to Route 293 North to Exit 5 (Granite Street Bridge Exit). Turn right at the end of the ramp. Follow directions below.
From the West: Take Route 101 East to Route 293 North to Exit 5 (Granite Street Bridge Exit). Turn right at the end of the ramp. Follow directions below.
For All Directions, from 293 Exit 5: Cross the river and take the first left at the traffic light onto Commercial Street. Travel less than a quarter mile on Commercial Street and take the first right onto Pleasant Street. Take the first left onto Bedford Street (one-way North). SEE is the first building on the left. Turn left into first driveway or park on Bedford Street (metered parking, accepts coins and credit cards). Enter the building through the glass staircase entrance and take the stairs or elevator to the fourth floor.

Especially during winter, parking can be tight during peak periods. While SEE offers no guarantee or liability regarding parking here are some helpful tips:
Free parking is available in the lots adjacent to be building both in the front and back sides of the building.
There is on street parking on the streets surrounding the building, this parking is monitored use the Pay and Display kiosks to pay for parking. Make sure to display the printed ticket on your windshield. City Pay and Display parking is also available at Arms Park, North of the corner of Bedford and Spring Streets and on the lower level of the parking deck at Commercial and Phillipe Cote Streets.
There are parking garages available a short walk from the building One on the corner of Pleasant St. and Canal St. and one on Granite Street between Canal and Elm Street.
Do not park in the lots adjacent to any other mill buildings, these are private lots and you may be towed.
The Manchester Transit Authority has a FREE shuttle that runs South on the Commercial Street side of our building and makes a loop with the downtown area. Catch a ride from some of the further parking locations. See the route and schedule here.
If you park East of Canal Street in the downtown area and plan to walk west to the Millyard, pedestrian crossing is only possible at Granite Street, Pleasant Street (stairs), Stark Street (stairs) and Spring Street.
